Our experts

Isabelle: Founder

Founder of Gourmet A Dream, for nearly 10 years I’ve been creating culinary experiences where people are at the heart of every encounter.

Passionate about gastronomy, my international background shapes my perspective and inspires me to highlight authentic artisans and know-how.

My ambition is simple: to create sincere, delicious, and deeply joyful moments.

Camille: Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, I make sure every gourmet walk becomes a memorable moment, every day.

With a clear vision, I coordinate the company’s activities across its different cities, while building strong relationships with shopkeepers, guides, and our local partners.

My role? To make sure every detail is aligned to deliver a warm, authentic, and unforgettable experience.

Our guide team

At Gourmet A Dream, our guides are much more than chaperones: they are ambassadors of our vision of French gastronomy—human, demanding, and deeply rooted in local areas.

Each guide is carefully selected and trained in-house using content we write ourselves.
Several dozen pages are dedicated to each tour, to guarantee a rich, precise, and lively narrative, true to the history of the products, artisans, and neighborhoods.

We place special importance on our visitors’ experience:
comfort, the pace of the tour, the quality of the exchanges, and the group atmosphere are an integral part of our standards.

Our guides share the same passion: to share, to tell stories, to taste—and to create sincere, memorable moments.

Don't miss this tour-history with food and wine MyriamDon was an excellent tour guide- knowledgeable, friendly and had a passion for her city, Bordeaux. Besides learning about the history of Bordeaux we had a fantastic experience tasting food and wine.

Beautiful neighborhood; disappointing food options Saint-Germaine was beautiful and our guide, Zoe was wonderful; however, for the price we paid, the food was disappointing. Tour began with a jam tasting then an olive oil tasting. Third stop was to a phenomenal patisserie where we picked up 2 desserts to go. Those were delicious. Fourth stop was the most disappointing. Stopped at the oldest market in the area where we sat on uncomfortable stools outside and were only allowed to choose one appetizer each to taste. Last stop was in a dark basement for a taste of some cheese and one glass of wine. I’ve been on many food tours where we were taken to many establishments and sat inside at nice tables for substantial taste of food items. Since there were only 2 of us, we could have easily been accommodated in some of the establishments our guide pointed out, like the first coffee shop in Paris.

Excellent value for money! This was a fantastic experience, being able to learn about the city while eating great food and drinking excellent wine. Our guide Laure was wonderful, it was so interesting to be able to discuss our cultures and learn more about the history of France. We found even after a tour bus we didn’t really know much about the city so it was a lovely surprise that we could learn about it more here. Laure couldn’t have been more charming and personable. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

Highly recommend this tour! We booked this tour for the day we arrived from the US and were battling a 6 hour jet lag. Our guide kept our tour exciting and got us acquainted with our surroundings in St Germain! We got plenty of ideas for future restaurants and local fun things to do! I highly recommend it

Fine Tour with a Fine Guide My wife and I took the three-hour version of this tour in May. It was exactly as advertised. We had the opportunity to sample jams, olive oils, meats, and cheeses from some of the top shops in the 6th. Zoe, our guide, was bright and personable, and she added commentary along the way, sharing information not only about the foods we tasted, but also about some of the historic sites of the neighborhood (such as Les Deux Magots and Le Procope). We would heartily recommend this tour--particularly if it's led by Zoe!

Wonderful French Food Experience Our guide Fanny was delightful. She shared a lot of history about Montmartre as we wandered the neighborhoods between food stops. She had selected truly French, small stores where we had delicious coffee with gourmet chocolates, cheeses meats and other charcuterie items with wine, sampled unique jams and spreads, and the most delicious Pastry we e ever had. There were only two couples in our group so it was very personalized.
